SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free Standard Shipping Across India. Cash on Delivery is chargeable.
Shipping outside India is charged as per the rates mentioned on the website during checkout. If it is incorrectly charged at checkout, the difference in amount shall be refunded or added as applicable.
Express Shipping within India will incur an additional Rs. 200 per product. If you want anything express shipped to you - Please Whatsapp us on +91 9137123542 or DM us on Instagram @dcmumbai for a prompt reply.
Please allow at least 8-12 working days to ship your product from our end. If a product is marked 'preorder' it will take longer to be shipped.
In case of multiple products in an order, the entire package will be shipped together, please consider the delivery timelines to be slightly longer.

EXCHANGES
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to make your shopping experience fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
We do size and design exchanges within India.
No exchanges or returns for orders outside India. International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
Please note that decor items such as toran, diya, thali, and similar products are not eligible for exchange or return.
As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold. (Details on Procedure for Design Exchange much below)
For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received by Label DC will be treated as not returned.

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
For Indians in case of exchanges, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment on - WhatsApp: +91-91371 23542 or by filling the form on the website. We will be unable to process an exchange if 72 hours have lapsed since the delivery.
Please share the courier receipt within 7 days of receiving the product, beyond which we will be unable to process an exchange due to any delay.
Each customer is only eligible for an exchange, once.
In case you need a design exchange, customer will need to send the shipment back and once their exchange is approved and received, a promo code will be provided deducting 200 INR. This promo code will not have an expiry.
In case the product received is damaged, video and photos are mandatory while unpacking the shipment.
10-12% of colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, We would be unable to accept this as grounds for exchange or return.

Refunds
We don't do refunds. In the event of damaged goods, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We offer refunds only in the event of the customer receiving a damaged product. Customer should inform within 24 hours, with picture or video proof of package unpacking.
To be eligible for the return of a damaged good, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
