SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Free Standard Shipping Across India. Cash on Delivery is chargeable - approx Rs. 200 per piece.
Shipping outside India is charged as per the rates mentioned on the website during checkout. If it is incorrectly charged at checkout, the difference in amount shall be refunded or added as applicable.
For international shipping, please note that custom duties and taxes will be charged at the time of delivery based on actual duties charged by your country of the delivery address.
Please allow at least 7-10 working days to ship your product from our end.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
We are committed to make your shopping experience fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
We do size exchanges within India. No exchanges or returns for orders outside India. As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold.
For exchanges, the cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail (we do not have reverse pick up facility), as any returned items that is not received by Label DC will be treated as not returned.

Please mention your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
For Indians in case of exchanges, please inform us within 72 hours of receiving the shipment on - WhatsApp: +91-85914-88036 or by filling the form on the website. We will be unable to process an exchange if 72 hours have lapsed since the delivery.
Incase you need a design exchange, customer will need to send the shipment back and once their exchange is approved and received, a promo code will be provided deducting 200 INR (as the courier charge for the new piece).
In case the product received is damaged, video and photos are mandatory while unpacking the shipment.
